Our refund and returns policy have a 30-day window from the date of purchase. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Select health and personal care items
  • Please ensure you have a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Avoid sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:

  • Books showing obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day delivery period

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm its receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Regular priced items are eligible for refunds; however, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at info@skstores.co.uk for exchanges of the same item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return receipt. For items not marked as gifts, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items.
