DELIVERY:
We aim to dispatch our beds to the courier within 2 working days. The courier then takes up to 3-5 working days to deliver your bed to your home.
We will message you with a delivery date at least 1 day before the delivery day.
Delivery is to the main communal door of the building.
The courier will not take any beds upstairs or into any lifts. If you live in a multi-storey building, it is the customers responsibility to take the item from the ground-floor main entrance to the building.
Delivery is to UK mainland only
Flats: Main ground-floor entrance door to the building.
Houses: Main ground-floor entrance door.
CUSTOMER MUST CONFIRM DELIVERY ADDRESS AND CONTACT NUMBER AFTER PURCHASE TO AVOID DELAYS.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery is booked with a customer and failed because the customer was not home, then the customer must pay £30 re-delivery charge.

RETURNS DETAILS
If there is anything missing, inform the courier and contact us within 24 hours via eBay messages.
We only accept returns if the item is faulty or not how the bed is described/ shown
Used items or used packaging will not be accepted for return.
Items must be returned within 30 days from date of receiving the item.
