After the order is placed, all further details will be confirmed in a timeframe of 24 to 48 hours. Options for cushions, fabrics, or buttons are all free of charge.

The care instructions for your upholstery will depend on the specific fabric chosen, with standard cleaning codes provided to guide you. For items upholstered in Capricorn fabric, the designated code is S: Spot-clean exclusively with water-free cleaning solvents. The use of water or dry cleaning is not recommended.

To spot clean Capricorn fabric, begin by gently scraping away any residue with a straight-edged tool, such as a butter knife or spoon. Next, use an absorbent, undyed cloth to blot the area clean. To avoid creating rings, always blot from the outer edges of the stain towards the center, and refrain from scrubbing. Allow the area to air-dry, and then use a soft-bristle brush to restore the fabric’s texture.

It is common for back pillows to exhibit signs of wear and to lose their shape over time. To mitigate this, it is advisable to periodically rotate the pillows to evenly distribute wear. To prevent fading of fabrics, it is essential to keep indoor upholstery out of direct sunlight and away from heat or moisture sources.

Regular vacuuming of your upholstery is recommended, utilizing upholstery and crevice attachments to remove loose debris. For spot cleaning, employ a clean, absorbent, undyed cloth and use a blotting technique, moving from the outer edges towards the center of the stain to prevent rings. Avoid scrubbing the fabric.

Prior to using any upholstery cleaners, it is prudent to conduct a pre-test on a hidden area of the fabric to check for color loss and compatibility. Take care to avoid excessive rubbing, and do not use hard-bristle brushes, as they may damage the fibers.

For optimal results, adhere strictly to the usage instructions provided with all cleaning products, and avoid over-application. All fabrics are susceptible to pilling due to friction and regular use, as this loosens fibers. Occasionally, a fabric or “sweater” shaver can be used to gently remove pills, and pilling should diminish once the loose fibers are eliminated. For comprehensive cleaning or to address heavily soiled upholstery, we recommend consulting a professional.

Kindly note that the manufacturing and delivery period for UK MADE SOFAS is estimated at 2 to 3 weeks. Should there be any delays, we will inform you through phone or email. Upon placing your order, we will commence the manufacturing process; however, we will need your confirmation via phone or email to verify the selected style, product color, and fabric specifications. RECOMMENED FITTING GUIDE

Each of our corner sofas is designed to be delivered in 3 to 4 separate pieces, facilitating easier transportation. We recommend that the minimum width of doorways be at least 30 inches to accommodate these sofas. Please note that our courier service will not be responsible for removing doors or windows on the delivery day. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the sofas can pass through the door and into the desired room without any hindrance.
